To us , it is very crucial that we meet clients schedules for their imports/exports projects, especially during this period where there is extremely shortage of containers and high demand at Dar es Salaam port, thus making it difficult for acquiring empty containers and space from Shipping lines in Tanzania.
However, inLOBU upon it’s dedicated professionals had strived against the situation and achieved to export 1x40ft container to Hamburg, Germany without incurring more extra charges to client’s account. Containers gated in at port on 24th November and vessel sailed on 3rd December 2021 to Hamburg, Germany.
inLOBU Performed the following activities to successful accomplish the project;-
- Place booking and confirm ETA of the vessel prior taking container release.
- Arrange for release of container and collect paper lining from shipping line.
- Pick up the container and send to CFS for direct stuffing.
- Direct stuffing of the coffee from truck to the Container.
- Prepare loading list and send to the shipping line.
- Arrange for export clearance.
- Deliver the container to the port.
- Confirm loading on vessel and sailing schedule.
- Arrange for post documents and approval of BL.
- Sending daily report to client through emails and update our online tracking system to allow clients get timely real updates.
